"From Elimination to Glory: Little League World Championship Decided"
Two teams, El Segundo, California, and Willemstad, Curacao, emerged from the elimination bracket to compete for the world championship of Little League Baseball. El Segundo defeated Needville, Texas, 6-1, while Curacao shut out Taiwan, 2-0, in the semifinals. The winners will face off for the title, while Texas and Taiwan will compete for third place. This is not the first time teams from the elimination bracket have reached the world championship game, as it also happened in 2021 and 2019.
