Honoring Norman Lear: A Legacy Worth Protecting
In honor of the late TV writer and producer Norman Lear, CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, and The CW will simulcast an on-air in memoriam card tonight at 8:00 PM ET/PT. Lear, who died at the age of 101, was known for iconic series such as "All in the Family," "Good Times," and "One Day at a Time." He remained active in the industry, winning Emmy Awards in 2019 and 2020 for his work on "Live in Front of a Studio Audience."
