David Huston Acquitted of All Charges
David Huston has been found not guilty on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and leaving the scene of an accident after driving through a group of protestors in Iowa last year. Huston, his wife, and his daughter testified that the protestors approached their truck and made contact with it. The jury returned a sealed verdict, and court costs will be assessed to the state.
