Trump Defense Witness Interrupted by Phone Call During Testimony
During Donald Trump's civil fraud trial, realtor Lawrence Moens, called as a witness by Trump's attorneys, answered a phone call while on the stand. Moens apologized and explained to his father that he couldn't talk because he was testifying for Trump. The judge accepted his apology, and Moens' testimony was limited to residential property in Palm Beach.
