Steelers Make Roster Moves, Sign CB Lavert Hill and Waive CB Isaiah Dunn
The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed cornerback Lavert Hill and waived cornerback Isaiah Dunn, while placing cornerback Duke Dawson on injured reserve. The moves were likely made in response to the reported signing of cornerback Nevelle Clarke. Hill, a former XFL player and Michigan alum, has had stints with multiple NFL teams but has yet to play in a regular-season game. The Steelers are giving him an opportunity to prove himself during the remainder of training camp and preseason.
