Lionel Messi dominates at Laureus Sports Awards.
Lionel Messi and his wife Antonela Roccuzzo wowed on the red carpet at the Laureus World Sports Awards in Paris, where Messi won both the Sportsman prize and the Team of the Year award with Argentina. Other winners included Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce for Sportswoman of the Year and Christian Eriksen for Comeback of the Year. Carlos Alcaraz won World Breakthrough of the Year, Catherine Debrunner won Sportsperson of the Year with a Disability, and Eileen Gu won Action Sportsperson of the Year. The Sport for Good award went to TeamUp, a program for children displaced by war.
