The University of Iowa secured the 2024 National Collegiate Women’s Wrestling Championships title in its inaugural year, narrowly defeating North Central in a thrilling final match. Iowa's wrestlers dominated the finals, with standout performances from Emilie Gonzalez, Ava Bayless, Felicity Taylor, Reese Larramendy, and Kylie Welker, who secured the decisive victory. McKendree’s Cam Guerin also made history by winning her fourth NCWWC title.
