Users are encountering "Error code 550 5.7.520 Message blocked" errors when attempting to send such emails. As a workaround, Microsoft suggests uploading the files to OneDrive and sharing the link with recipients. Users can also copy the link of an Office or OneDrive file and paste it directly into their email. Microsoft is actively working on resolving the issue while providing temporary solutions for affected users.
