Minocqua Brewing Co Forced to Close as Oneida County Votes
The Oneida County Planning & Development Committee has revoked Minocqua Brewing Co's permit to operate after owner Kirk Bangstad violated the terms of his administrative review permit. Bangstad plans to fight the decision in court and through the Oneida County chain of command. A temporary restraining order has been filed against Oneida County supervisors. The decision on Bangstad's application for a conditional use permit to expand and build his beer garden has also been delayed.
