Philadelphia Police Reveal First Victim of Kingsessing Mass Shooting Was Slain Days Before Attack
Philadelphia Police have revealed that one of the victims in the Kingsessing mass shooting was killed nearly two days before the gunman opened fire on the street. Joseph Wamah Jr. was allegedly shot by the suspect, Kimbrady Carriker, about 44 hours prior to the mass shooting. The call reporting gunshots was dispatched to the wrong location, leading to a delay in response. Carriker has been charged with multiple counts of murder, and four others were killed in the shooting. The investigation is ongoing.
