Jinglebooboo showcases an amazing Palutena cosplay, a character from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and the Kid Icarus series. Masahiro Sakurai, the game designer of Kid Icarus: Uprising, explains in a video that the game's unique control scheme, which involved using the Circle Pad and touchscreen, was due to limitations in hardware space. While Sakurai wanted to implement true twin-stick controls using the Circle Pad Pro, it would have increased the processor load beyond the hardware's limits. Although Sakurai expressed interest in a Switch port with improved graphics, he believes creating a follow-up game would be difficult without a dedicated team.
