The NIA aims to build a strong case against these syndicates, which are primarily operated from Dubai and linked to cases filed last year under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. The crackdown comes amid a diplomatic row between India and Canada, with the Canadian Prime Minister claiming "credible" information connecting "agents of Delhi" to the killing of a Khalistani terrorist.
