Missing Swimmer's Head Found on Key Biscayne Beach

The human head found on Key Biscayne has been identified as that of 19-year-old Victor Castaneda, who went missing after being caught in a rip current off South Beach. While his sister was rescued, Castaneda's body did not resurface, and his remains were discovered on the beach behind a condominium. Miami Beach police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of his death.
