Ohio State Women's Basketball Star Jacy Sheldon to Return for Fifth Season.
Jacy Sheldon, a potential first-round pick in the 2023 WNBA draft, will return to Ohio State for a fifth and final season. Sheldon improved her draft stock tremendously in the first few weeks of the year, but suffered a lower-leg ailment that forced her to miss 22 of the next 23 games for the Buckeyes. Sheldon returned to full strength in time for Ohio State's Big Ten Tournament run at the start of March and was pivotal in Ohio State’s historic upset of UConn in the Sweet 16. The Buckeyes will welcome back several experienced players as they make another run at the Final Four in 2023-24.
