The winning ticket matched all five white balls but not the Powerball, with the numbers 7-38-65-66-68 and Powerball 21. Officials advised the winner to sign the ticket and keep it secure, with 180 days to claim the prize. Another $1 million ticket was sold in New York, and the jackpot for Monday's drawing is estimated at $174 million.
