Decades-Old Mystery Solved: Kentucky Lake Body Identified as Long-Sought FBI Fugitive
Human remains found wrapped in chains and anchored in a Kentucky lake in 1999 have been identified as Roger Dale Parham, a fugitive wanted by the FBI. Parham, who was arrested for rape involving a minor in 1998, disappeared while awaiting trial and his body was discovered two months later. Despite extensive forensic testing, the cause of his death remains undetermined, but the case is now being investigated as a homicide due to the suspicious circumstances surrounding the discovery of the remains.
