SNK released the Version 1.3.1 patch for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, introducing balance adjustments for 18 characters, adding Ken Masters from Street Fighter as a playable character, and incorporating Street Fighter elements like music and sound effects, along with various gameplay and interface improvements.
Ken Masters from Street Fighter is set to appear in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves on PS5 and PS4, featuring his fiery moves and two outfits, with gameplay including traditional and RPG-style modes, releasing this summer.
Capcom has revealed the third costumes for Ken Masters, Cammy, Lily, and Luke in Street Fighter 6. While there is no in-game footage yet, concept art showcases the new outfits. In the third issue of the Street Fighter 6 "Days of the Eclipse" comic, Ken Masters is forced to make an impossible choice by Johann "JP" Petrovich, who reveals himself as part of the masked group "Amnesia" responsible for framing Ken for terrorist attacks. JP offers Ken a phone that has been tampered with to become a detonator and forces him to choose between saving his son or the city, while SF6 protagonist Luke moves to track Ken down.
The first prequel comic for Street Fighter 6 confirms that Ken Masters has become a crypto-bro and an absent father. Ken is setting up a live-streamed tournament in the developing nation of Nayshall, but faces political demonstrations against his initiatives. The comic also reveals that Ken's wife left him, taking their son with her, and accusations of orchestrating a criminal plot have forced Ken to abandon his family and business and go into hiding.
