Kim Blickenstaff puts renovated Peoria properties up for sale.
Central Illinois developer Kim Blickenstaff is selling three properties he renovated, including Sankoty Lakes Resort, The Scottish Rite Theatre, and The Betty Jayne Brimmer Center for the Performing Arts, for a total of $21.8 million. The properties are listed by Julie Bielfeldt of Keller Williams Premier Realty. Blickenstaff had previously scaled back his investments and laid off local workers in early January.
