Jason David Frank's Karate School Faces Lawsuit Over Unpaid Fees.
The karate school of late "Power Rangers" star Jason David Frank is being sued by its landlord, Valencia Marketplace, for allegedly not paying rent since November and December 2022. The shopping mall is seeking $47,347 in unpaid rent from Rising Sun Karate. Jason died by suicide last year, and his karate school has been kept open by co-founder Sam Sprague to continue his teachings.
