Pope washes inmates' feet at juvenile prison after hospital release.
Pope Francis celebrated Maundy Thursday by washing and kissing the feet of 12 young inmates at a juvenile prison in Rome, including a Muslim and two women. The ritual commemorates Jesus' humility towards his apostles on the night before his death. Francis appeared fully recovered from a bout of bronchitis that kept him in the hospital for four days last week. He urged priests to avoid fomenting division in the Church and seek harmony to win back lapsed faithful. The Pope is due to preside over two Good Friday services and an Easter vigil Mass.
