10-year-old steals car to visit mom, leads police on high-speed chase.
A 10-year-old boy stole a car and led police on a car chase in Michigan. The police used the car's OnStar navigation system to locate and disable the vehicle. The boy told police he wanted to visit his mom in Detroit. He was arraigned at a county juvenile detention center and his name is not being released due to his age.
