Schoharie Limo Trial Plagued by Juror Issues and Chaos

Two more jurors were dismissed from the Schoharie limo trial, leaving only one alternate juror for the remainder of the trial. The judge declared one alternate juror unfit to serve and dismissed them. One regular juror called in sick, and defense attorney Lee Kindlon requested a mistrial for the second day in a row, which was denied. The judge also spoke to the jury, warning them not to smoke marijuana before coming to court. The trial is centered around the 2018 Schoharie limo crash that killed 20 people.
