Guardians Make Roster Moves, Add Veteran Outfielder and Promote Young Talent
The Cleveland Guardians have placed Josh Naylor and Tyler Freeman on the injured list and have added José Tena and veteran outfielder Kole Calhoun to their roster. Naylor, who leads the team in RBI, is dealing with soreness in his right side, while Freeman injured his shoulder during an at-bat. Calhoun, a 35-year-old veteran, brings 140 home runs and 557 RBI to the team. Tena, ranked as Cleveland's No. 19 prospect, has been performing well in the minors.
