Jordan Brown Transfers to Memphis Tigers, Joining Penny Hardaway's Squad
Louisiana transfer Jordan Brown has committed to play for Memphis basketball coach Penny Hardaway next season. The 6-foot-11 center, who has played for three different programs in six seasons, joins a Tigers team that is undergoing a near total rebuild. Brown's addition brings the total number of collegiate transfers joining Memphis this offseason to seven, along with four freshmen. The team still has two open scholarships, and the future of four-star guard Mikey Williams, who was arrested on felony gun charges in April, remains uncertain.
