Police identify suspect in fatal Tampa shooting.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is searching for Joel Elkanah Jr., a suspect in a murder that occurred in Tampa. The victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds and later died at the hospital. Elkanah Jr. is considered armed and dangerous, and anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call 911.
