Joan Rivers' meticulously organized collection of 65,000 typewritten jokes, along with other artifacts from her career, is headed to the National Comedy Center in Jamestown, NY. The museum is planning an interactive exhibition that will center on Rivers' card catalog of jokes and include material covering a vast swath of comedy history. Rivers' daughter, Melissa, chose the center over other interested parties because she wanted the jokes to be accessible and on display. The collection includes insults in character, an unparalleled catalog, help with hecklers, early ambitions, and a ticket from a momentous time in Rivers' career.
