Resident Evil: Death Island Trailer Unveils Zombie Sharks and Epic Crossover.

The new trailer for Resident Evil animated film Death Island features series favourites Leon Kennedy and Jill Valentine on-screen together for the first time in Resident Evil history, along with Chris and Claire Redfield, Rebecca Chambers, and a horde of zombies. The story will take place in Alcatraz, the source of a new outbreak of the T-Virus, and will be distributed by Sony Pictures following the success of Resident Evil 4 Remake.

"Resident Evil: Death Island Unites Iconic Characters in CG Animated Film Debut"

The first full trailer for Resident Evil: Death Island, the fourth animated movie in the franchise, has been released. The movie will feature the first official on-screen encounter between Leon S. Kennedy and Jill Valentine, two of the series' most popular characters. It will take place between the events of Resident Evil 6 and 7 and will see Leon attempting to rescue a kidnapped scientist while Chris Redfield investigates a zombie outbreak in San Francisco. The movie will be released in cinemas in Japan on July 7 and distributed worldwide by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
