Intercontinental Champion Gunther retained his title against Mustafa Ali in a hard-fought match at the Jeddah Superdome. Ali put up a valiant effort, surviving multiple body slams and chops, and even stunning Gunther with a neckbreaker and a powerbomb followed by a 450 Splash. However, Gunther ultimately prevailed with a scintillating Powerbomb to retain the title.
