SEC Golf Championships: Gators and Commodores Dominate.
The Florida men's golf team won the 2023 SEC Championship, their 16th conference title and first since 2011, with a 3.5-1.5 victory over Vanderbilt. The match came down to the 18th hole, where John DuBois clinched the win with a par putt. The victory marks the first conference title for head coach J.C. Deacon and the fifth win this season for the Gators. They have earned an automatic qualification to the NCAA Regionals scheduled for May 15-17.
