Notre Dame's Jaylen Sneed and the next wave of linebackers impressed in the Blue-Gold Game, with Sneed leading the Gold team with seven tackles. With last year's starting rover, Jack Kiser, challenging for playing time inside this spring, Sneed has a clear path to significant playing time in the fall, maybe even as a starter. The linebackers were a standout group in the game, with Nolan Ziegler leading the Blue team with 10 tackles and a sack, and early enrolled freshmen Drayk Bowen, Preston Zinter, and Jaiden Ausberry also making an impact.
