
Panthers' Ja'Tavion Sanders Recovering After Head Injury Scare
Carolina Panthers rookie tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders has been released from the hospital after suffering a neck injury during a game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Sanders was carted off the field and taken to Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center but has since been discharged and is undergoing further evaluation. Head coach Dave Canales confirmed Sanders has movement in his extremities, and while his status for the upcoming game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is uncertain, the team is focused on supporting him during his recovery.
