Arrest made in Owatonna murder investigation.
Jason Horner has been arrested in connection with the murder of Sabrina Schnoor, who was found dead under the I-35 bridge overpass in Owatonna on May 30. Horner is facing charges of 2nd-degree murder and possession of a firearm by an ineligible person. He has a lengthy criminal history. Police believe Schnoor's death was a targeted attack and are asking anyone with information to contact the Owatonna Police Department.
