Falcons elevate Rees to OC, keep key assistants under Stefanski’s staff
The Atlanta Falcons announced several coaching moves under new head coach Kevin Stefanski: Tommy Rees was named offensive coordinator and Jacqueline Roberts was named manager of coaching operations, while veteran assistants Dave Huxtable, Nick Jones and Michael Pitre were retained. Rees comes from the Browns, where he served as tight ends coach/pass game specialist in 2024 and was promoted to offensive coordinator before 2025, taking play-calling duties in Week 10 last season. Roberts joined the Falcons from the Browns, having started as a team logistics intern in 2024 and been promoted to coordinator of coaching logistics in 2025, also assisting with coaching operations at the 2025 Senior Bowl.
