Trial Begins for Israelis Accused of Raping British Tourist in Cyprus
Five Israeli men have gone on trial in Cyprus, accused of gang raping a 20-year-old British woman at a hotel in the popular tourist resort of Ayia Napa. The defendants, aged 19 or 20, deny the charges. At the hearing, their lawyers complained about not having seen key evidence, including the DNA report. The trial will resume on 16 October.
