SWAT situation prompts lockdown at IPS school and voting center.
IPS Clarence Farrington School 61, serving as a voting center, was placed on lockdown for two hours due to a nearby SWAT situation in Indianapolis. The police were called to a home one block away from the school where a suspect was believed to be barricaded inside. The lockdown was lifted after SWAT searched the home and didn't find the suspect. The Marion County Election Board advised voters to visit other nearby voting centers during the lockdown.
