The caregiver, identified as Kristen Danielle Graham, has been charged with child neglect and animal cruelty. The baby's mother is 17 years old, and Graham had been caring for the child for two days. The incident occurred after Graham received a phone call and left the child and dog in the car while she went inside a residence. The child was found deceased later in the day.
