Arrest Made in Delray Beach Suitcase Murder Case

An arrest has been made in the homicide investigation of a woman whose remains were found inside three suitcases floating in the Intracoastal Waterway in Delray Beach. The suspect's details will be announced during a news conference. The victim, described as a white, possibly Hispanic, middle-aged woman, was wearing a floral-patterned shirt and black shorts. The suitcases, a purple Palm Springs Ricardo Beverly Hills bag and a green and black polka dot Charlie sport bag, were found in two different locations. The victim's body was believed to have been dropped into the water between July 17 and July 20.

Gruesome Discovery: Multiple Suitcases Containing Human Remains Found in Florida

Three suitcases containing human remains, believed to be those of a woman, were discovered along the Delray Beach Intracoastal Waterway. The remains appear to belong to one unidentified woman, described as white or Hispanic, middle-aged, with brown hair and approximately 5'4" tall. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is urged to contact the Delray Beach Police Department.

Fatal Boating Accidents Claim Two Lives in South Carolina and Florida

A 24-year-old boater, identified as Jacob Williams, was found dead in the Intracoastal Waterway after a jon boat he was in collided with a dock near Burcale Road. Williams was thrown from the boat upon impact. The Horry County Fire Rescue, Horry County Police Department, Coast Guard, SCDNR, and HCFR’s Marine Rescue and Dive Team searched for Williams and found his body around 11:30 a.m. An autopsy will be scheduled to determine Williams’ cause of death.
