Fatal Crashes in Cedar Rapids: Victims Identified and Driver Cited

One person was killed and two others were injured in a rollover crash on Interstate 380 in northern Linn County, Iowa. The crash involved a white Chevrolet Venture van that was found on its roof in a ditch on the west side of the highway's southbound lanes. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
