A multi-vehicle crash involving a semi has closed the northbound lanes of Interstate 35 between Steele County Road 9 and West Central Avenue near Owatonna, Minnesota. The closure is expected to last until about 5 p.m. Traffic cameras showed a significant backup in the area.

Round Rock Police Department and TxDOT have shut down both sides of Interstate 35 near Westinghouse Road due to a police incident. Northbound traffic is diverting to FM 1431 frontage road, and southbound traffic is diverting to Westinghouse Road. Toll fees on nearby toll roads have been waived due to extended delays. Drivers are advised to find alternate routes.
