Crews are working 24/7 to reopen at least a temporary part of I-95 in Philadelphia within two weeks after its collapse. Drivers have mixed feelings about the temporary roadway, with some looking forward to the reopening while others plan to avoid the interstate until a permanent bridge is complete. Michael Chajes, a professor of civil and environmental engineering at the University of Delaware, assures that the temporary lanes will be "completely safe" to drive on once they're ready to go.
