Canon Unveils RF 35mm f/1.4L VCM: First in New Hybrid Prime Series
Canon has announced the 35mm f/1.4L VCM lens, the first in a new series of hybrid prime lenses designed for both video and photo capture. This lens features a de-clicked manual aperture ring for video, minimal focus breathing, and a customizable button, making it ideal for low-light conditions. It combines Canon’s Nano USM and VCM for a dual autofocus system and will be available in June for $1,500. This release signals Canon's commitment to hybrid lenses for both photographers and videographers.
