"Microsoft Enhances Teams with Advanced AI Features for Smarter Collaboration"
Microsoft is expanding the presence of its AI, Copilot, in Teams, allowing it to offer insights and information from meeting chats and transcripts, as well as assist in rewriting drafted messages. An intelligent call recap feature is also on the way, generating notes and action items from within the Calls app. Additionally, features aimed at improving hybrid meetings, such as individual video feeds for physical attendees and automatic camera switching, are being rolled out, along with speaker recognition technology to enhance transcript accuracy.
