Two Americans found dead in their hotel room at the Hyatt Rancho Pescadero Hotel in Mexico died from inhaling toxic gas, according to preliminary findings. The cause of the gas is still unknown. The hotel had reportedly ignored possible signs of gas leaks for months and disabled carbon monoxide alarms. The deaths are under investigation, and three other Americans died from carbon monoxide poisoning in Mexico City last year.
