Current and former employees of The Kelly Clarkson Show have described a toxic and emotionally abusive workplace culture that the network has failed to address. Executive producer Alex Duda has been accused of fostering a culture of producers beneath her who yell and curse at employees. The show has also been accused of racial insensitivity, inadequate compensation, and poor leadership.
