Uncertainty Surrounds Cause of Death for Houston Rapper Big Pokey

The preliminary autopsy results for Houston rapper Big Pokey, who died suddenly on June 18, have proved inconclusive. Justice of the Peace Tom Gillam III has ordered a full toxicology panel in Dallas, which could take months to receive. The Texas rap community, including Bun B, is mourning the loss of the Screwed Up Click rapper. Big Pokey collapsed on stage during a Juneteenth performance in Beaumont, Texas, and the cause of his death is still unknown.
