The upcoming WoW Midnight expansion will introduce a partial housing system with patch 11.2.7, allowing preorders to access early decorating features, while the full neighborhood system will launch with the expansion in early 2026. Non-preorder players can still collect decor items for future use.
Bethesda has revealed new details about their upcoming game Starfield in a Discord Q&A session. The game will feature a housing system where players can purchase houses in major cities, as well as a player jail system for those caught smuggling contraband. There will be 20 companions to befriend on galactic travels, and players can hire generic crew members. Other details include the ability to choose non-lethal weapons, the presence of three main religions in-game, and the option to become an undercover agent within the military. Preload dates for Starfield have also been announced.
