House F, designed by XStudio, is a minimalist architecture project located in the historic neighborhood of San Francisco in Telde, Gran Canaria. The house, which respects the strict regulations of the area, presents a compositionally free interior that revolves around two voids: a central courtyard and a south-facing garden. The spaces within the house have no defined function, allowing for flexibility and integration with the surrounding environment. The design features a concise palette of finishes, including concrete floors and ceilings, white walls, and natural pine wood, creating a sober and inviting atmosphere.
