Hospital Standoff Suspect's Home Filled with Gas and Candle, Albany Police Say.
Police discovered that the home of the suspect involved in a hospital standoff was filled with natural gas and a lit candle. The suspect had barricaded himself in a hospital room for several hours before surrendering to police.
