Wisconsin and Penn State face off in Sweet 16 rematch for NCAA volleyball vengeance
The Wisconsin Badgers volleyball team will have a chance to avenge their earlier loss to Penn State as they face off in the Round of 16 of the NCAA Tournament. After two sweeps in the first two rounds, Wisconsin earned the opportunity to host the super regional. The Badgers will look to slow down Penn State's attack and limit their kills, while also benefiting from the return of junior opposite hitter Anna Smrek. Setting both Smrek and middle blocker Carter Booth will be crucial for Wisconsin's success. The match will take place in front of a home crowd at the UW Field House.
