Tisha B'Av: A Day of Protest and Observance
Thousands of people gathered at the Kotel on Wednesday evening to observe Tisha B'Av and mourn the destruction of the Holy Temples. The Western Wall Heritage Foundation organized a live broadcast for the recitation of the Book of Lamentations and elegies, led by Cantor Yehuda Naftali and Cantor Shlomo Galick in the Sephardic and Ashkenazi traditions, respectively.
